Narration
Every child enters time from the bosom of the Father in eternity. When the seed of a father and the egg of a mother germinate — when a woman becomes pregnant — that is the moment a child leaves eternity and steps into time. All children are born from the bosom of the Father into this world. That is the beginning and starting point of God's oversight, involvement, and care for every child born into time.
